Software engineer
Build the backend, data pipelines and AI services that power daidalo.
Your mission
You’ll work on the core of Daidalo: the technology that structures, enriches and makes recruitment data reliable at scale. You build new features, improve existing systems and fix the bottlenecks that slow things down. You help push our backend, data and AI infrastructure forward. Not just thinking about implementation, but about performance and scalability too.
What you’ll do
Backend & feature development
Build and extend scalable backend services in Python.
Take features from concept to production.
Find and fix technical bottlenecks in existing systems.
Work with REST/GraphQL APIs. Integrating, maintaining, improving.Data & AI engineering
Build and optimise data pipelines for processing and enriching large datasets.
Keep improving enrichment quality, speed and reliability.
Contribute to our AI-driven services (ML/LLM integrations), think semantic matching and auto-parsing.
Experiment with new AI techniques and turn them into real product improvements.Solution engineering & client impact
Support client integrations and help build proof-of-concepts.
Work with sales to turn technical questions into workable solutions.
This is you
0–3 years in software development. Recent grads welcome.
You know your way around backend development in Python.
You’re interested in data engineering and AI integrations.
Hands-on, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership.
You work in a structured way and always look for ways to make things better.
Bonus if you have experience with LLM prompting.
