Founding marketeer
Build our inbound engine from scratch. Make agencies come to us.

Your mission
You’ll build daidalo’s inbound and demand engine from the ground up. The goal: get recruitment agencies to recognise themselves in our story and reach out to us. From strategy to execution, you build it, test it, optimise it and scale it.
What you’ll do
Inbound demand & pipeline generation (core focus)
Run targeted campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content funnels) that actually generate leads and pipeline.
Build and improve landing pages, lead magnets and nurture flows. Always testing, always iterating.
Own funnel performance, conversion rates and marketing-sourced pipeline. The numbers are yours.
Content & messaging
Create content that converts; case studies, blogs, social, newsletters.
Test and iterate on creatives and messaging based on what the data tells you.
Website & buyer journey optimisation
Turn our website into an inbound machine.
Run continuous CRO on landing pages, ads and flows.
Marketing structure & alignment
Set up the marketing processes and reporting we need to scale.
Help shape our marketing stack (HubSpot and beyond).
Work closely with sales and product on ICP, messaging and go-to-market.
This is you
2–5 years in demand gen, digital marketing or content marketing
Hands-on and able to run with things independently
You get energy from building, experimenting and seeing things grow
You’re comfortable in an environment where not everything is figured out yet
Affinity with SaaS, data or AI is a plus, not a must.
You genuinely care about the product and the problem we’re solving
Bonus if you’ve worked with Framer, Figma, HubSpot, PostHog, Google Analytics or Tag Manager
