Founding account executive

Design, build and scale the revenue machine to grow daidalo.

About the job

You’ll be the one closing our first wave of customers and building a scalable revenue engine from scratch.

From first touch to signed contract, you own the full sales cycle. You’ll turn targeted outbound into qualified opportunities, run sharp discovery, lead demos, handle objections and close deals with recruitment agencies across Europe.

You work independently, help shape our ICP and positioning, and directly drive ARR growth.

Success = revenue closed, pipeline built, and a repeatable sales motion we can scale.

What you'll do

Full-cycle sales ownership

  • Own deals from first contact to signature.

  • Run discovery calls that go deep on pain, urgency and business impact.

  • Lead product demos tailored to recruitment agencies and their ATS setup.

  • Build business cases and guide prospects to a clear decision.

  • Negotiate and close contracts.

Strategic outbound prospecting

  • Identify and target recruitment agencies that fit our ICP.

  • Build structured outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email and cold calling.

  • Craft messaging that speaks to real data quality pain and revenue impact.

  • Get in front of founders, directors and commercial decision-makers.

Pipeline & revenue performance

  • Own your pipeline and forecast accurately.

  • Use HubSpot to manage sequences, tracking and reporting.

  • Continuously improve conversion rates across each stage of the funnel.

  • Turn insights from closed deals into sharper positioning and qualification.

Market presence & events

  • Represent daidalo at international recruitment events.

  • Turn conversations into real opportunities.

  • Build trust with founders and commercial leaders in the recruitment space.

  • Be the face of daidalo for prospects and strategic partners.

Who we're looking for

  • 2–5 years in B2B sales with closing experience.

  • You know how to run a deal from first meeting to signature.

  • Bonus if you’ve sold SaaS or understand the recruitment industry.

  • You are comfortable with outbound and not afraid of cold outreach.

  • You think in revenue, not just meetings.

  • Hands-on, analytical and independent.

  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
